WordPress App

When I started my blog, I really wanted to blog everyday, but as we all know, finding time to do this can sometimes be hard.

Especially when you are away from the computer for long periods of time. I know, some days, I don’t even turn my computer on! And if you knew me personally, you would really be shocked by that.

Our smartphones have made keeping in contact so simple. Of course you can call anyone, anywhere, at any time, you can send them a text message or you can check out what is going on in everyone’s lives simply by looking at Facebook. But there is so much more that we can do on our smartphones now, that soon enough, computers will become obsolete! Ok, maybe not obsolete, but far less used.

I use my phone for just about everything. I play Words with Friends, check Facebook, search the internet, check the weather, monitor my to do lists, listen to music, watch videos, take photos, check my internet usage, the list just goes on and on.

What I didn’t know I could do, was download the WordPress App and blog right there on my iPhone.

Thanks to my sister, I am now able to blog anywhere, anytime, on the go. If I have a few spare minutes in the doctors waiting room, or if I am on the train into the city, this handy little app allows me to start jotting down my ideas. Then when I arrive home, I  have them all available to me.

So once again, I have found an app that has made life just that little bit simpler, and is helping me ensure that everything’s organised with my blog.

Until next time,

Nikki

  1. I have just downloaded the wordpress app myself, and find it fantastic to blog using my phone during my lunch break.

I will then save it as a draft to check spelling and punctuation and add photos if needed when I get home before publishing. (only because I have not figured out how to add pictures on the app! )

But so far, I’m loving the wordpress app!
